Programs:
We are a small studio and teach private, semi-private and small group lessons as well as
seminars. Student slots are limited, please call for availability. If you have any questions

American Tae Kwon DO:
One can choose American Tae Kwon Do, which is a physically demanding style of art that
focuses strongly on the use of the legs as a weapon as well as the hands. This system
incorporates simple locks, defenses against strikes and weapon defenses.
Warrior Kenpo:
To ease some confusion, Warrior Kenpo is not a new art/system. The base is the 24
technique system, but has techniques added from Lima Lama, Silat, Wing Chun/ Jun Fan,
several Philipino systems, chin-na and whatever else. Besides, warrior is a mindset not a
set of techniques, maybe thats why some of my military students like it.
Lima Lama:
Samoan art created by Grand Master Tino Tuiolosega.
Wing Chun (Study Group):
Study group to study Wing Chun Kung Fu.

Lineage: Sifu Francis Fong - Sifu Andy Peck - Sifu Randy Sanders
Blocks can be purchased at the below following times.
Can be for private (1 person), semi-private (2), or small group (3-6 people).
The individual selects what they wish to train in.
The block can be purchased for just that period (day) or for the month.
Rates vary for the number of persons per block or group of blocks.

Inclement weather:
When Broken Arrow & Grace Christian schools are closed for the weather, training will be
cancelled.
Private Lessons:
Are in one hour block sessions and must be reserved a week in advance.
